Comments

 

Adds or updates comments associated with the IRP fleet/carrier account. While not required in all circumstances, comments can be useful for clarification purposes, especially during different types of inquiries. Users can add or update comments whenever the COMMENTS option is displayed in the navigation drop-down list.

 

In some circumstances, such as when canceling a vehicle or billing, comments are required. The Comments screen is automatically displayed during the process.

 

If this is an Inquiry screen, the Comments can be viewed but not changed.

Enter up to 45 lines at 80 characters per line.

Drop-Down List Options

By clicking the down arrow on the drop-down list, the user may select from available options, if any exist. Options that appear in the drop-down list may change, depending on the function being performed.
