Whenever the audit status changes, the auditor may use the Audit Entry screen to record the new status and effective date. Audit information can also be added or updated at any time during the audit.

Date additional records were received by the registrant. |
IRP AUDITOR NAME |
The name of the IRP audit staff conducting the audit. This information is used in audit correspondence. |
IRP AUDITOR PHONE NO |
Phone number where the auditor wishes to be contacted. This information is used in audit correspondence. |
IRP AUDITOR EMAIL |
Email address where the auditor wishes to be contacted. This information is used in audit correspondence. |
SUPERVISOR’S NAME |
The name of the supervisor for the auditor conducting the audit. |
By clicking the down arrow on the drop-down list, the user may select from available options, if any exist. Options that appear in the drop-down list may change, depending on the function being performed.
