Allows authorized users to view lists of inventory according to status, type and year.

DESCRIPTION

OFFICE ID

Each DMV Field Office has its own ID.

USER ID

Each IRP staff member has their own USER ID.

TYPE

Type of inventory item:

ODW	OD/OW PERMIT
PW	POWER UNIT PERMIT
TPR	72 HOUR TRIP PERMIT

STATUS

Current status of inventory item(s):

CAN	CANCEL PAYMENT
DMG	DAMAGED
INS	IN STOCK
ISS	ISSUED
LST	LOST
MIS	MISSING
REM	INVENTORY REMOVED
RIS	READY TO ISSUE
STL	STOLEN
TUR	TURNED IN

BEGINNING NO

The starting inventory item number.

ENDING NO

The ending inventory item number.

COUNT

The total number of inventory items between the starting and ending numbers.

Drop-Down List Options

By clicking the down arrow on the drop-down list, the user may select from available options, if any exist. Options that appear in the drop-down list may change, depending on the function being performed.

Buttons

BUTTON	FUNCTION
SUBMIT	Submit data or confirm menu selection.
RETURN	Exit this screen and return to the previous screen.
REFRESH	Return screen to default selections. Clear data fields completed by user during current session.
