Reprint Menu

Reprint various credentials, billings and notices. Selecting an option displays fields for that option.

OPTION	FUNCTION
Cab Card	Reprint a cab card for a fleet vehicle.
Invoice	Reprint a billing invoice that has resulted from a supplemental transaction.
Temporary Vehicle Registration	Reprint a Temporary Vehicle Registration (TVR) for a fleet vehicle.
Shipping Document	Reprint a shipping document that accompanies a transaction.
Refund Letter	Reprint a refund letter that resulted from a Delete Vehicle with Full Refund transaction.

Required Fields

Depends on the option selected. Be sure to complete all required fields. When the user clicks SUBMIT, the system prompts for missing information by displaying the field(s) in red and displaying an error message.

FIELD	DESCRIPTION
DELIVERY OPTION	Select a delivery option as follows: PRINT – Select P-Print to print the output on the default printer. EMAIL – Select E-Email to email the output as an attachment to the carrier's default email address or a different email address entered in the EMAIL field. PREVIEW – Select V-PREVIEW to view the output in PDF format.

Optional Fields

Depends on the option selected. Complete optional fields, as applicable.

Buttons

BUTTON	FUNCTION
SUBMIT	Submit data or confirm menu selection.
REFRESH	Return screen to default selections. Clear data fields completed by user during current session.
