The IRP staff may issue a Temporary Vehicle Registration (TVR) while processing or billing the supplement—or it may be issued at a later time using this TVR Issue screen, if the supplement has been invoiced. Users may request a TVR for any supplements except Delete Vehicle. The IRP system will not issue more than one TVR per vehicle on the same supplement. The IRP system automatically assigns the next available TVR number.
