Allows authorized users to maintain the base jurisdiction (State of California) ZIP Code table. This table contains the city and county codes associated with the various zip codes applicable to the State. The State is responsible for maintaining the ZIP Code table on an "as needed" basis. Generally, it is recommended that jurisdictions verify its state-wide zip code information annually against the U.S. post office information. Authorized users can add, update and delete zip codes.
