Audit Menu

 

Perform all audit tasks, including identifying potential audits, initiating and conducting the audit, and processing audit results.

Audit Fleet

Track audit status as the audit is initiated, conducted and closed. Add and update general information about the audit and the auditor involved.

Audit Download

Download required data elements for the registrant’s fleet selected for audit. Options are Jurisdiction Mileage Profile or Tractor Worksheet. Data is produced in XLS format, which can be worked on with a program such as Microsoft Excel. Results are then uploaded using the Audit Upload menu option.

Retrieve Audit Downloads

Retrieve Audit Downloads in the form of Excel spreadsheets.

Audit Upload

Upload audit findings recorded in the CSV files that were originally downloaded.

Audit Mileage

Manually adjust mileage from audit results.

Audit Billing

Process audit billing.

Audit Invoice

Complete audit results, which are provided to carrier along with invoice and vehicle detail, if applicable.

Audit Cancellation

Cancel an existing audit, when applicable.

Audit Letters

Generate audit letters, as applicable. The option expands to display all available audit letters. These letters are the same as audit letters generated using the Create Standard Correspondence Letters feature.

Potential Audit Reports

Identify carriers for potential audit and perform preliminary research of assigned audits. Based on pre-defined selection criteria. This option expands to display individual report selections.

Audit Inquiries

View (only) audit information. The option expands to display inquiry selections for Fleet, Mileage, Billing and Vehicle.

 

Required Fields

Depends on the option selected. Be sure to complete all required fields. When the user clicks SUBMIT, the system prompts for missing information by displaying the field(s) in red and displaying an error message.

 

Optional Fields

Depends on option selected. Complete optional fields, as applicable.
