IRP Main Menu

 

Access all IRP functions. Selecting an option may display fields for that option.

 

OPTION

FUNCTION

New Carrier

Create a new IRP account, based on Carrier Name or USDOT number.

New Fleet

Create a new fleet in an existing account.

Renewal

Process a fleet renewal in an existing account.

Supplement

Go to Supplement Menu, which is used to process a supplemental transaction for a selected fleet during the registration year.

Supplement Continuance

Return to a designated supplement already in process.

Credentials

Print and issue credentials for a supplemental transaction.

Document Collection

Record pending documents received.

Account or Fleet Maintenance

Choose between Account Maintenance and Fleet Maintenance options. Maintain comments associated with the account or fleet (selected from the drop-down list).

Administration Menu

Go to Administration Menu, which is used to maintain basic account or fleet information as well as maintenance tables.

Audit

Go to Audit Menu, which is used to perform all IRP audit functions.

Error Correction

Go to the Error Correction Menu, which is used to resolve errors made during the registration year where fees are associated with the error.

Reprint

Go to the Reprint Menu, which is used to reprint one of many IRP credentials, such as Cab Cards or TRAs.

TVR Extension

Process extension request for Temporary Vehicle Registration (TVR).

TVR Issuance

Process request for Temporary Vehicle Registration (TVR).

 

Required Fields

Depends on the option selected. Be sure to complete all required fields. When the user clicks SUBMIT, the system prompts for missing information by displaying the field(s) in red and displaying an error message.

 

Optional Fields

Depends on option selected. Complete optional fields, as applicable.
